Returns Policy

We offer exchanges for goods that arrive faulty or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please email friendscraftcoop@gmail.com or Whatsapp +60 11-1693 5097 to arrange a replacement.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of pickup / dispatch.

Cancelling your order before your goods arrive

If your order has been dispatched, then your original delivery charges will not be refunded. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Return Exceptions

Custom Products: Items that have been specially made to order in a specific material, color, or dimensions as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned. Made to order items are defined as items that are specially produced based on a customer’s choice of finishes as ordered, and put into production as per specifications.

Wood appearance: We supply high-quality furniture grade wood. This may vary for grain, colour, knots and other markings. We do our best to select and match as appropriate, but we cannot accept returns based on natural variations.
